The Rapid Response Team is a short-term support that provides resources and classroom management techniques to limit behaviors and reduce suspension and expulsion.
Licensed childcare providers, as well as parents/guardians of children attending licensed childcare providers, in Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Indiana and Lawrence Counties can submit a request for support by contacting:

Connection Collaboration Consistency.
· A short-term collaboration of support for children in licensed childcare centers AGES 0-6 that are at risk for suspension and expulsion
· Connection to a responder within 48 hours
· Modeling and coaching techniques and strategies that can help classroom management to be more effective and consistent
· Access to referrals and resources to assist individual children’s behavioral needs
· a diagnostic evaluation
· a way to expedite services
· individual long-term support for a child/classroom
· Allow time for the teacher/director to talk with the responder outside of the classroom.
· Responders will provide a report with strategies and resources to consider
· Referrals may be suggested for additional services
· Responders can make additional visits
· Responders offer support to families and centers that need assistance in contacting referral services
· Responders may reach out to families
*Each individual child/classroom is unique in their circumstance and will require different short-term experiences*
