This professional works in conjunction with other Pre-K Counts staff in ensuring that education program objectives and activities are carried out in accordance with the PA Pre-K Counts Requirements and are responsible for planning a quality early childhood education program responsive to the child's emotional, social, intellectual, and physical needs. Position requires  completion of an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a Pennsylvania teaching certification for PK-3. Pay rate based on education is $18.49 

 Early Learning Connections is currently accepting applications for a Head Start Head Teacher. 

Position requires completion of undergraduate program at an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or child development, or related field with 30 ECE credits, Elementary Ed with 18 ECE credits

Pay rate based on education is $15.34-$18.62.

Early Learning Connections is currently accepting applications for the position of Infant/Toddler Program Leader.  This is a full-time position.  $16.42-$17.28 based on education and experience.  MINIMUM Qualifications:   Unrelated B.S. degree with 2 years of paid experience working with children, or  AA in Early Childhood Education with 2 years of experience working with children ages 0-5 or an Infant Toddler CDA with 2 years of experience working with children ages 0-5.  PREFERRED Qualifications: B.S. or B.A. in Early Childhood Education, or B.S./B.A. in related field with 30 ECE credits.  Experience working with children and families.

Qualifications:  High School Diploma/G.E.D and a CDA or A.A. in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Experience with pre-school aged children. Pay rate based on education is $16.47 

Early Learning Connections is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Teacher for Head Start. An associate degree in early childhood, or a current CDA is preferred, or a bachelor’s degree in any field and experience working with preschool children will be considered or preschool experience and willingness to complete a CDA program.  The hourly rate is - $15.34 (enrolled in CDA)  to $16.47 per hour based on education plus benefits.

Early Learning Connections is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Group Supervisor for the Infant/toddler contracted slots. This position assists the head teacher with the daily tasks or the classroom.  Qualifications: HS diploma or GED required and 2 years of experience working with children.  The hourly rate is $14.77.

Early Learning Connections is currently accepting applications for a Classroom Assistant/Paraprofessional.  This is a part-time position working approximately 30 hours per week.  The primary duty of the Paraprofessional is helping the Head Teacher with classroom instruction Qualifications:  A high school diploma or GED certificate.  The hourly rate is $13.81. 

Early Learning Connections is currently accepting applications for Early Head Start Parent Educators; three positions are available.  BA or BS degree in human services, early childhood education, human development, or a related field preferred. Must have knowledge and experience of child development and early childhood education including principles of child health, safety, and nutrition. Must have knowledge of community resources. This is a full time/full year position. Candidate must also hold a valid PA driver’s license, good driving record, ability to travel throughout Butler County. Previous experience providing direct services to low-income families and child development experience is preferred. Hourly rate  $16.52 (CDA or Associate's) $18.35 (Bachelor's)

Early Learning Connections is currently accepting applications for Program Operations Assistant. This position assists classroom and administrative staff as needed including with data and helping in the classroom. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED/College coursework preferred, two years of experience working with families and strong computer skills. Hourly rate is $14.00.

 Provide support to the ELRC operations in relation to eligibility and provider functions in the Child Care Works and Keystone STARS programs. Ensures the ELRC is the single-point-of contact for family’s childcare options, early learning programs and other additional services. Primary duties will be general office duties, resource and referral activities, and client and / or provider tasks for the CCW program. Will work in collaboration with all staff in relation to the ELRC operations, functions, and special projects. Qualifications:  Associates degree required, Bachelor degree preferred. Experience in social service a plus. Hourly rate is $17.00.
